1970s–1980s : Prime's founders begin sourcing for Reebok and Converse in Busan

1990 - 1999
1990 : Established headquarters in Busan and commenced trading operations
1990 : Appointed as Head of the Korea Liaison Office for the global brand Converse and began sourcing agent operations
1993 : Incorporated as a legal entity and signed an official agency agreement with Converse
1995 : Awarded the Ten Million Dollar Export Tower in recognition of outstanding export performance by the Government of the Republic of Korea
1996 : Established manufacturing partnerships in China to optimize global footwear production

2000 - 2005
2000 : Secured exclusive rights to supply key Korean materials to Reebok’s manufacturing facilities in Indonesia
2002 : Established liaison offices in major Southeast Asian hubs, including Indonesia and Vietnam, to strengthen regional networks
2004 : Founded a dedicated global sourcing subsidiary, Prime Sourcing Corporation (PSC), to enhance sourcing expertise
2005 : Completed a comprehensive export portfolio for the footwear industry, covering everything from raw material sourcing to machinery and equipment

2006 - 2015
2007 : Launched the Korean business for Shoes For Crews (SFC), a specialized brand in slip-resistant footwear and service industry solutions
2008 : Established a sourcing partnership with the global mega-hit brand TOMS Shoes, achieving annual sourcing volumes of up to 30 million pairs
2011 : Initiated collaboration and brand launch with OOFOS
2012 : Commenced domestic sales of OOFOS in Korea and expanded local distribution operations
2013 : Strengthened B2C market competitiveness by building online distribution channels and a proprietary e-commerce platform
2014 : Spun off the domestic distribution division into a separate entity, Prime Networks
